Returns & Exchanges
We treat our customers the way we want to be treated, with honesty, integrity, and with ultimate goal of ensuring you are happy.
On the rare occasion that you are not pleased with the product, simply write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help make it right.
Please submit claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days of receiving the product to email@example.com. Claims for orders lost in transit must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Addresses – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You may be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You may be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Size Exchanges – Should you require an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your request. While we can make special arrangements for size exchanges, you will need to pay for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us. We recommend reviewing the dimensions of our hockey bag and comparing it to your current bag to best estimate your size needs.
