Your Conway+Banks not working out exactly how you hoped they would? No problem. We're happy to accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
2025 Holiday Exchange/Return Policy (USA & Canada)
For all qualifying purchases made between November 1, 2025 and December 24th, 2025, enjoy extended holiday exchange/returns until January 9th, 2026! Our standard exceptions apply - no exchanges or returns on clearance items, personalized hockey bags, team hockey bags, custom team uniforms, gift cards, undergarments and base layer clothing.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments and base layer clothing
- Personalized hockey bags
- Team hockey bags
- Hockey bag customization kits
- Custom team uniforms
- Custom trading cards, playing cards, and puzzles
Next Steps
Once your request has been approved, you may print off the label and drop off item at local courier. Once received, we will inspect the item and confirm it is in new condition (may take a 2-5 days). Returns will be issued to you minus 20% of your order cost to partially cover for shipping costs. This fee is waived if you purchased the return label/shipping protection option at checkout.

- You may process an exchange or return within 15 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees will NOT be deducted from your refund if you opt to return the item.
- Shipping fees will NOT be deducted if you opt for an exchange.
- Conway+Banks will be responsible for tracking your shipment and replacing it in case it is lost.
I did not purchase return/shipping protection
- You may process an exchange or return within 15 days of delivery.
- Shipping fee of approximately 10-20% order value will be deducted from your refund if you opt to exchange or return the item. This fee will depend on your location.
- If your item is lost in transit, Conway+Banks will assess on a case-by-case basis based on details provided by you and the courier to determine whether it should be replaced.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Shipping Labels - Sorry we are not able to accept your own shipping labels at this time, as our warehousing and shipping partners require a label that is issued on their end.
Returns & Exchanges (Outside USA & Canada)
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery date, however, you must provide shipping to/from your location.
