All hockey bags and accessories are fulfilled within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated (you may experience longer fulfillment times during the holidays).  Customized hockey bags may require 5-10 days before they are shipped (May be up to 14 days in December).  Orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may be shipped on Monday due to courier pickup schedules. 

Deliveries for hockey bags are made using couriers including Purolator, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Canada Post, USPS, and other local couriers. Tracking details will be provided by email or SMS upon order fulfillment.  We reserve the right to replace USPS and Canada Post Xpresspost services with expedited or express services provided by other providers.

All "Not Famous" brand hoodies and t-shirts ship within 1-2 days.  Other apparel goods , and "Not Famous" accessories are made to order, and subject to 3 to 7 days for processing prior to shipping.

Customized team bags and uniforms may take 2-4 weeks to ship - contact us for details.

Free shipping offers are available to Canada, and US states except Hawaii and Alaska (Sorry).

All shipping dates posted are estimates only, and are subject to change due to courier availability, courier routes and process.

US Tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance brokerage fees are pre-paid by us for orders under $800. You may be subject to these fees for orders $800 and up.

International tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance brokerage fees for UK, EU, Australia, and rest of the world are NOT prepaid. You are responsible for paying these upon the parcel arriving in your country.
