180 Day Warranty
All Conway + Banks hockey bags come with an industry-leading 180-day (6 month) warranty.
While many competitors offer only 30–90 days of coverage, we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our gear with extended protection.
Warranty Coverage
If you experience any issues with your bag, you can submit a warranty claim for review.
To file a claim, please include:
- A description of the defect
- Clear photo(s) showing the issue or affected part
- Your original order information (if available)

After the Warranty Period
If your bag is outside the 180-day warranty period, don’t worry.

Team & Organization Orders
Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to:
- Team orders
- University programs
- Professional or organizational bulk purchases
However, we will always do our best to:
- Provide replacement parts when possible
- Replace items on a case-by-case basis

At our discretion, we may offer replacement components for high-wear parts at no cost.
