There is padding for your back and a waist strap, unlike the Pacific Rink bag. The Conway + Banks bag is also bigger than the Pacific Rink bag, so I can fit more stuff in it...The backpack has a lot of useful compartments to keep things organized.

Positives: Great design, lots of storage, pockets and room to carry just enough for hockey skating sessions and/or pond hockey events. It’s apparent a lot of thought was put into this bag’s design on what to carry and “how”. Very comfortable to don and haul your hockey gear whether from the parking lot to the locker room or through the woods to your favorite frozen pin/lake. Areas for Improvement: 1) Concerned about the strength and potential longevity of some of the stitching points for the straps and pockets. 2) The nylon drawstring for the main cargo compartment feels flimsy. The drawstring is also too long and there’s no keeper to secure the excess after you cinch it down. (A shorter length drawstring would resolve this.) 3) Recommend adding a personalization option for adding a Player Name and/or Player Number.
Amazing. It actually fits a ton of my gear (i’m 5’6” so a mix of small and medium gear). The pocket at the bottom is genius. Love how the skates are secured on the outside. Pretty comfortable carry as well. I was thinking of getting a bigger bag, but i may just use this most of the time and just carry my helmet and stick separately.

Backpack as described, but unfortunately this did not arrive with the three velcro patches as described in the description. I have reached out via email and online chat to customer services to resolve this but no contact back from anyone.
This pack is better than amazing. Fits skates, helmet and gloves comfortably. You can leave in them in or not, it will still fit your laptop, books, pens pencils chargers etc. anything you'd need on the go. The laptop sleeve fits great, the skate pocket underneath separates the skates from the backpack so you never have to worry about the stuff in the pack getting wet. The zipper on top/sides provides easy access to it all! You can put your work items in, zip it up and stuff your other gear in from the top, just cinch and go!!! Really cannot say enough good things about this pack! Oh, did I mention the front pocket is a cooler to keep a few bevi's or snacks handy? Super comfy as well. 5+++ Stars!!!
I don’t even play hockey, but I was specifically looking for a carry-on travel backpack that’s lightweight, comfortable, and distributes weight evenly while still fitting a lot of items. This one exceeded my expectations. The extra padding makes it super comfortable for travel, even when it’s fully packed. I especially love the built-in cooler compartment since I usually bring a lot of drinks on board, plus the side bottle holder is a nice bonus. The chest and waist straps provide great support, and I love that the waist strap can be tucked away into a hidden pocket when not in use, such a smart design. The yellow zippers match my luggage perfectly, and the patch detail gives it a unique Canadian look. I’m specific about my travel aesthetic, so I was looking for something distinctive that still reminds me of home. After months of searching for the right backpack, I can definitely say I found the one! It’s great for backpacking in different countries, and overall, it’s a functional carry-on travel backpack.

Works great as a compact hockey bag for adult equipment. Able to get all equipment in except shin guards. Attach the helmet with a carabiner external to the bag….no added weight of a wheeled bag.

I’m a bag snob and was looking for something I could take to the local rink for public skates that could accommodate some basic protective gear and keep odds and ends organized.
