We cover the cost of shipping on product exchanges. However, for product returns, we deduct 20% of your order value to cover the cost of shipping unless you have purchased return and package protection.

All hockey bags are shipped from Canada or US.
Standard ground shipping is free for bag orders within Canada and US.
While most orders reach our customers within 2-5 business days, it may take up to 7-10 days depending on your location. We do ship world-wide, deliveries outside of North America ship by air and typically arrive within 7 days but may take up to 2 weeks. There is a shipping fee for orders outside Canada and US.

We do not charge customs, duties, or VAT on your orders at time of purchase.

There is padding for your back and a waist strap, unlike the Pacific Rink bag. The Conway + Banks bag is also bigger than the Pacific Rink bag, so I can fit more stuff in it. I was able to put clothes, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, helmet (no cage) in the interior of the bag and put my skates in the exterior skate pockets. The backpack has a lot of useful compartments to keep things organized.
