Free Gift Promotion Fine Print

The following terms apply to all promotions that include a free gift with purchase.

General Terms

• Free gift promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupon codes
• Free gifts are non-transferable and have no cash value

Returns & Refunds

• If you return an item that qualified you for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned
• The free gift must be returned in new, unused condition
• If the free gift is not returned or is returned in used/damaged condition, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund

Availability & Substitutions

• Free gifts are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to substitute a free gift with an item of equal or greater value at our discretion

Shipping

• Free gifts may be shipped separately from purchased items
• Delivery times for free gifts may vary

Redemption Rules

• Free gifts must be added to your cart at checkout to be included
• If a free gift is not added during checkout, it is considered forfeited and cannot be claimed later
• Free gifts cannot be exchanged for other products, store credit, or gift cards

Promotion Changes

Conway + Banks Hockey Co. reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel free gift promotions at any time
• End promotions before or after the stated end date without prior notice
