HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Growing up in a non-traditional hockey market (Arizona) I never really had any guidance on what to do outside of the rink. My coaches were amazing and always pushed me to do “extra” training and stick-handling at home but never showed me the “how” or “why”. This is what Project Hockey is all about. We want to give athletes the “how” and “why” of what they can do at home to continually develop as a hockey player. Since I have stopped playing the game and moved into coaching, Project Hockey has become my passion to reach every hockey player at any level to provide development for those who want to put in the extra work to become great!
